Happy Thanksgiving! What Are You Thankful For?

It's that time of year again when we reflect on our life, where we've been and where we are now.  Along the way, there have been people who've stood out from the crowd through their support, inspiration or motivation. Take some time today to think about these wonderful people and remember what you're thankful for.  Send them an email, give them a phone call or if you're lucky enough to be celebrating with them today, give them a hug and say, "Thank you!"  It will mean as much to them as it will to you.

What are you thankful for today?

For me, I have a lot to be thankful for today.  I've been blessed with a happy, healthy family who've shown me immense support in this journey towards publication that I've undertaken.

As I've become more involved in my writing and in writing associations like the Eastside RWA and the Greater Seattle RWA, I've met many wonderful writers, published and pre-published, who have helped me and continue to help me.  I'm ever so thankful for the CherryPlotters, a wonderful group of women who helped me plot Obsession; for the ever supportive ladies in TBCG (The Best Critique Group); and for the NaNo Insanity Support Group - I never would have survived November without you!

So, besides the health and happiness of my family and all my friends (in person and on Facebook), I'm very thankful for everyone's support, especially this past month.  Without all of you, I never would have won the NaNoWriMo challenge of writing 50K works in 30 days!

Now it's time to celebrate and have fun

Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!
